Free viewers are allocated based on your plan. Starter accounts include zero viewers (creator access only). Premium accounts include 1 free viewer for every creator seat you purchase. Enterprise accounts unlock unlimited free viewers.

How does the white-labelling setup fee work?

The branding and environment customisation is a once-off setup fee. There are no hidden monthly charges for keeping your logo and colours on the platform; your standard subscription covers ongoing hosting.

Can we switch from monthly to yearly billing?
