How do free viewers work?

Starter accounts include creator access only. Premium includes one free viewer for every creator subscription. Enterprise includes unlimited internal viewers and creators.

How does AI pricing work?

Seeka AI usage is charged separately by task type. You will see the price before a task begins and can review usage or set spending limits for your workspace.¹

Can we switch from monthly to annual billing?

Yes. You can move to annual billing and receive the discounted Premium rate from the start of your next billing term.

Where is my data hosted?

Starter and Premium use shared Dataseka Cloud hosting. Qualifying Premium customers can purchase a Dataseka-managed dedicated environment.² Enterprise customers can deploy Dataseka within their own private-cloud or on-premises infrastructure.³ ⁴

Notes

  1. ¹ Dedicated hosting: Available to Premium customers with at least 10 paid creators and a 12-month commitment, or an equivalent minimum subscription commitment. Hosting and setup fees apply separately.
  2. ² AI tasks: AI usage is not included in subscription or licence fees. Tasks are priced separately according to the activity performed. The applicable price is displayed before execution.
  3. ³ Private cloud: The R2,999 monthly Enterprise price is billed annually and licenses one customer-managed production environment. The customer provides and pays for its cloud infrastructure and AI-provider usage.
  4. ⁴ On-premises: On-premises licences start at R4,999 per month, billed annually, for one production environment. The customer provides and maintains the required infrastructure.
  5. ⁵ Custom work: Deployment, integrations, migration, training and other custom work are quoted separately. Work may be offered at a fixed price or based on the effort required, as specified in the written quote.
